Freehand is six free daily estimation games
Every game here asks you to judge something by eye that you would normally measure: an angle, a weight, a landing, a balance point, a count, a length of time. No instruments, no formulas, no sign-up. Each game gives you five rounds a day and one attempt at each, the same five puzzles for everyone everywhere, then shows you where your score sits on the day’s curve. A guessing game, in other words, where the guess is the whole skill.
- Angled: angle estimation gameAn angle flashes up and vanishes; rebuild it from memory with no protractor and no second look. Five rounds, one attempt, a new set every day.
- Halved: cutting gameSlice a lopsided 3D object so both halves weigh the same, by eye alone. Five objects a day, one cut each, scored on how close you came.
- Dropped: landing guessing gameWatch the start of an arc, then call where the ball lands before it gets there. Five throws a day, one call each, no formulas.
- Balanced: balance gamePick the one point an irregular shape will sit level on. Five shapes a day, one attempt each, scored on how far it tips.
- Counted: counting gameA shelf, a tray, a table, a bunch, a crowd, shown for a moment, then gone. Say how many. Five scenes a day, one guess each.
- Timed: time estimation gameHold the button for an interval and let go when it's up. There is no clock. Five intervals a day, one attempt each.
New puzzles arrive at midnight, local time. Nothing to install: Freehand runs in the browser on a phone or a laptop, and your scores stay on your device unless you choose a name for the daily board.
